Resumo

RESUMO: O grupo é formado por artistas-pesquisadoras do campo de estudo das artes da cena vinculadas a diferentes instituições de ensino superior no Brasil que utilizam ou se inspiram na proposta Corpo e Ancestralidade, criada pela Profa. Dra. Inaicyra Falcão dos Santos. Tais estudos geraram resultados que, quando inseridos na prática docente, encontraram eco e ramificações em trabalhos acadêmicos e artísticos realizados por todo o país. As pesquisas procuram fomentar discussões diante da escassa bibliografia e processos de investigação, pesquisa e criação no contexto acadêmico sobre conceitos estéticos e referenciais prático/teóricos alicerçados nas questões negro-africanas e ameríndias.

ABSTRACT: The group consists of artists-researchers from the Scene Art field that are linked to different institutions of higher education in Brazil who use or are inspired by the work Body and Ancestry “ created and led by Prof.Dra. Inaicyra Falcão dos Santos. These studies have generated results that, when inserted in the teaching practice, were both echoed and received branches in academic and artistic work done throughout the country. The research seeks to foster discussions exploring the scarce bibliography and processes of investigation, research and creation in the academic context based on aesthetic concepts and practical / theoretical frameworks grounded in the black African and Indigenous experience.
